LICENSE Subject to the terms of this License Agreement, Faurecia Aptoide Automotive, Unipessoal Lda. (“Faurecia Aptoide”), grants to you a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for the purposes of testing your application to be distributed in the automotive sector. Faurecia Aptoide does not transfer the title of the Software to you; the license granted to you is not a sale. You may not use the Software for any purpose not expressly permitted by the License Agreement. Except to the extent required by applicable third-party licenses, the Software and the license herein granted cannot be copied (except that you may make one copy for archive purposes only), modified, distributed, re-sold, offered for re-sale or re-distribution, transferred or sub-licensed in whole or in part. You may not decompile, reverse engineering, disassemble, create derivative works or otherwise reduce the code used in the Software into a readable form in order to examine the construction of the Software and/or to copy or create other products based (in whole or in part) on the Software. 3. TERMINATION Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement will result in automatic and immediate termination of this License Agreement. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Portugal applicable therein.
